Set in 2 acres of grounds and with its own private driveway, Lloyd Coach House offers a warm and intimate setting with its luxurious living area and large dining room/meeting room with an elegantly curved ceiling.

There are 12 ensuite bedrooms providing space for up to 23 guests. The master bedroom has an ensuite jacuzzi bath. Other highlights include a mezzanine lounge area, utility room, games room with table football and table tennis and complementary wireless broadband.

Adjacent to the Coach House, Lloyd Mansion sleeps up to 39 guests and can be rented in conjunction with the Coach House to accommodate up to 62 guests.

There are 12 ensuite bedrooms, eight of which are in the accommodation block to the north end of the house. Four, including the airy and spacious master bedroom which has an ensuite jacuzzi bath are at the south end of the house.

Downstairs is a large lounge/kitchen, a meeting/dining room, balcony lounge, and utility room. The kitchen has a double oven with 4 burners, a separate grill, 2 dishwashers, microwave, freezer, 2 large fridges, 2 toasters, food mixer; there is also a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer. The utility room has a sink for food preparation, a second dishwasher and a warming oven. The kitchen opens onto the patio area and garden, which is bordered by a stream and a field beyond.

Houses on the splendid scale of the Lloyd Estate are few and far between. Set in ten acres the estate comprises a Mansion House and a Coach House, which can accommodate parties of 12 to 62. It is thought that a dwelling has been sited on this land for about a thousand years; the 800-year-old oak tree that dominates the front lawn, bearing witness to the site's history.

With its enchanting bohemian ambiance, Lloyd Estate offers total flexibility, allowing guests to create their own style of event, whether simple or luxurious; large gathering or small group; bustling or relaxed. The lloyd Estate is dedicated entirely to your needs.

Llangadog village is only a mile and a half away and contains three small country pubs with decent menus and open log fires. Local shops also sell a range of fresh Welsh produce. The wooded grounds of  Lloyd Estate include a wood-fired sauna and outdoor unheated plunge pool that is available for guests staying in the Mansion House.

The grounds are suitable for team-building projects, and bespoke outdoor activities can be provided through Manzoku or Absolute Adventure leading providers of outdoor activities and team-building tasks.

Within a 40-minute drive you can reach Pen y fan in the Brecon Beacons, the highest point in South Wales, the Ystradfelte waterfalls, and Pembrey country park and beach. The Botanical Gardens of Wales, Aberglasney Gardens, Carreg Cennen Castle (with a real dungeon), Dinefwr House and deer park, and Llyn y fan fawr, the setting of the Lady of the Lake legend, are all within a 30-minute drive. Llandeilo, 10 minutes away by car, has its own microbrewery and many interesting and unusual shops. Closer to home you can walk out of the front door and immediately find yourself in woods and fields.

At Lloyd Coach House they offer a range of housekeeping services from discreet domestic help to full, attentive, silver service. Local culinary celebrity Charlotte Roskill is the catering co-ordinator.

Charlotte and all the caterers use only local, and where possible, organic suppliers, and they relish the challenge of tailoring a menu to your individual needs and appetites. However if you prefer, you may have the property entirely to yourselves with no outside staff or caterers.

Weddings
This Grade II listed Georgian Mansion House provides an elegant yet bohemian setting for your special day. It's beautiful grounds offer a stunning backdrop for group and family photographs.

Wedding services often take place below the majestic 900 year old oak tree on the front lawn of the house and there are many other grand rooms to choose from.

The team at Lloyd Estate want to make your special day as perfect as you could have ever imagined. They can help in the organisation of many things from a sale-or-return bar for you to evening entertainment (at additional cost.)

Lloyd Estate offers complete privacy and seclusion in a versatile environment that will inspire your team, providing an ideal location for strategic planning, team building, management retreats, outdoor oriented programmes, and fun getaways.

There are two main meeting rooms at Lloyd Estate. One in the Mansion House for 30+ and one in the Coach House for 20+ people. Main meeting rooms will house theatre-style layouts, and up to eight breakout meetings can be held at any time in smaller reception rooms throughout the Lloyd Estate.

Meeting rooms can be laid out to your specification with flip charts and wall-mounted projector screens. Plasma screens and digital projectors may be rented on your behalf from local specialist contractors. There is also complementary wireless broadband running throughout.

Lloyd Estate provides a relaxing, supportive and private environment designed to facilitate learning and development, minimizing any outside distractions.
