The Beach House Cottage, previously known as 'The Kennels', is a luxury five bedroomed New England style cottage that is situated in the most beautiful private location on the seashore overlooking Sinclair Bay.

The house was completely refurbished in mid 2010 and has been finished to an exceptionally high standard. The state of the art kitchen has been fully equipped with every convenience and boasts an AGA, microwave and separate hobs.

Meanwhile, the large mahogany circular dining table ensures that the entire party can eat together in comfort and style while the large cast iron outdoor garden table is perfect for more casual BBQ suppers and lunchtime snacks.

Rental Rates
- £1400 per week
- Minimum 2 night stay
- 10% additional charge for weekends and bank holidays.

There are two large beautifully furnished reception rooms and five double/twin bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities while the fourth and fifth make up a family suite of upper twin bedroom, large double bedroom, private sitting room and en-suite bathroom.

There is a separate exterior access available from this suite. And just to add the icing to the already sumptuous cake, immediately outside there are five miles of the quietest and most glorious beach.

By Road
A road journey from Inverness takes approximately 2 hours (an additional 30 minutes if coming from the airport), but covers some of the most stunning countryside in the UK. Our team can advise on the route and suggest suitable stops to sample the Highlands hospitality and experience the views.

By Air
The Beach House Cottage is just five minutes from Wick Airport which now benefits from multiple no frills scheduled flights into Aberdeen or Edinburgh and then on to Wick with either Flybe/Loganair from Edinburgh or with Eastern Airways from Aberdeen.

Catering and other services can be arranged. Please enquire prior to booking. 

- Security deposit: £500. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Bookings: If you wish to book more than 3 months in advance, please contact the owner via the "contact owner" tab on our website.
- Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay cleaning: Included. Please leave the property in the state that you found it.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: Please enquire.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
