Built in 1745, the grounds within which Gardeners Cottage sits was once a substantial North Norfolk private estate and residence. Still set in thirty acres of private grounds and parkland, it offers exceptional views across the wash and the Hall is just one of a few Grade II* listed Country Houses in England.

Ideally positioned on the beautiful and undulating North Norfolk coast, Garden Cottage lies on the boundary of the Royal Estate at Sandringham, just one of the amazing historic houses to visit in the area, and within easy reach of the beaches at Hunstanton, Brancaster and Holkham, the Market Towns of Fakenham, Swaffham and Kings Lynn as well as the idyllic villages of Snettisham, Burnham Market and Holt.

This substantial two bedroom (1 double/1 twin) semi-detached period cottage has fantastic views over the park.

The ground floor is open plan incorporating the kitchen and sitting room area (with double sofabed). The dining room opens out onto a terrace at the rear with a small garden that looks over a paddock and woodland.

The two comfortable upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom.
