Ashley House is only 8 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon and one mile from the historic market town of Henley-in-Arden, which boasts numerous pubs and quality restaurants.

This large country house is ideally suited for groups of 20 to 26 persons for family celebrations, group holidays, special events, conferences, hen parties or any other special occasion.

Walking is an absolute delight with an abundance of wildlife, historic tracks and a canal towpath on the doorstep. The local pub and gourmet restaurant is only 5 minutes walk. Many groups like the extra luxury of booking caterers, entertainment, beauty therapists and even a marquee for that special event. We can also arrange for the hire of items such as bicycles, barbeques and even a Karaoke/disco complete with DJ.

You won't even need to leave Ashley House. With a fully equipped kitchen, why not simply enjoy the beautiful grounds, views and luxury that we have to offer. There is even a private Hot Tub for your enjoyment along with a full size snooker table and Sky Television in our cinema room. Everything you need is here and it is exclusively yours during your stay.

This stunning property comprises 12 spacious bedrooms and 8 bathrooms in the main house. All rooms have TV and DVD. All bed linen and towels are provided. Travel cots and high chairs available by request.

An extensive drawing room, with large plasma TV and Sky, formal dining room (seats 20), spacious sitting room, games room, snooker room with full size table, delightful sun lounge, library and well equipped farm house style kitchen all add to the luxury of this delightful property.

Outside a large south facing patio with luxury hot tub complement the luxury within the house perfectly. The house is a grand Edwardian property in a countryside setting with magnificent grounds of almost 1.5 acres and far reaching views over the rolling Cotswolds hills.

There is a wonderful choice of restaurants, pubs and eateries very nearby. The award winning ‘Crabmill' bar and restaurant is literally a 5 minute walk and the lovely village of Henley in Arden is a 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Further up the road in the local village of Claverdon is the ‘Red Lion' bar & restaurant. They again provide a superb menu and also have a lovely As Fresco dining area for the warm days & nights.

About 1 mile from the house in the opposite direction is the village of Henley in Arden. This lovely Olde Worlde Village has the most amazing selection of Restaurants & Pubs you could imagine.

Venture slightly further out and a few miles up the road is Stratford Upon Avon, famous for the Bard, William Shakespeare and the world renowned RSC. The dining choice in Stratford is endless. You will need to book another week! Guided bus tours and boat trips on the river Avon are very popular, as are the specialist and antique shops. For Shakespeare enthusiasts there are 5 historic properties to visit. Historic Warwick with its famous castle and the beautiful Cotswolds villages are only a short drive away.

The National Exhibition Centre, the National Indoor Arena and the National Agricultural Centre are all within easy reach. Available locally are golf, horse riding, fishing gliding, ballooning, cycle hire and spa facilities.

There are also many fine gardens and stately homes with National Trust properties including Coughton Court and Charlecote Park which are both within easy driving distance, plus Ragley Hall. There are a number of wonderful walks around the district and superb shopping facilities, including antiques, crafts and market places.

Ashley House has a fully equipped kitchen and a superb dining table that will seat up to 20 people, plus extra seating for up to 33 guests. Alternatively we can arrange for outside caterers to provide you with everything from a simple buffet right through to fine dining fit for a King.

Although the house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay, you may wish to relax and just be totally pampered. We can organise anything you may require, from outside catering to pamper and spa days. Hot air balloon rides, golf, cycling, horse riding, disco's - we can arrange anything.

- Security deposit: £1000. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay cleaning: Included. Please leave the property in the state that you found it.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
