Welcome to Hope Cove Heights, a property with stunning panoramic sea views, set in an unrivalled location overlooking the quaint village of Hope Cove with the most stunning views out over Bigbury Bay and the English Channel.

The house has recently been totally renovated, the décor is stylish and all the rooms are clean and fresh with contemporary furnishings. Offered as self-catering holiday accommodation it is the perfect get away for group holidays, family gatherings, reunions and big birthday celebrations, all on an exclusive basis - the property can sleep up to 48 people.

Set on the South West coast path and with a number of public footpaths meandering over the invigorating coastal paths of South Devon it is in an ideal location for walking or for just relaxing. Located approximately 4 miles from Salcombe and 2 miles from Thurlestone, Hope Cove has all the essentials of a quaint seaside village with a tiny church, traditional pub, two hotels, two exquisite beaches, a post office and general store.

Hope Cove Heights commands the highest position on the hillside above the village and has unrivalled sea views and open countryside at the rear. In the evenings watching the sunset over the bay and the village lights from the house, the view is just breathtaking and creates a perfect end to any day. On many occasions’ there are fantastic firework displays on Burgh Island, famous for its Art Deco Hotel, the uninterrupted view from the house is the perfect spot to enjoy the experience.

Ground Floor
Entrance Lobby from the rear leads to the kitchen, dining area and lounge:
* Kitchen with fully fitted units and work tops, two integrated conventional ovens and hobs, large stainless steel fridge and matching large freezer, washer/dryer and a range of electrical kitchen appliances (kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc).
* Dining area has five tables which can seat up to 8 on each, they can be put together to accommodate a large group, two sofas and a 40" plasma with full Sky TV.
* Lounge with large windows maximising the superb panoramic views over Hope Cove, there are five comfortable sofas and two large swivel armchairs, 50" plasma with full Sky TV and DVD, a log burning fire.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor which can sleep up to 12 guests and all the rooms have en-suite with shower;
* Splatts - Double & standard bunk, no view. Sleeps 4.
* Lanacombe. - Double & standard bunk with sea view. Sleeps 4.
* Thurlestone - Double & futon bunk with sea view. Sleeps 4.

First Floor
There are six bedrooms on the first floor which can sleep up to 22 guests and all the rooms have en-suite with shower;
* North Sands - Single & 3 bunk with country view. Sleeps 4.
* South Sands - Double & standard bunk with sea view. Sleeps 4.
* Soar - Double & 3 sleeper futon bunk with sea view. Sleeps 5.
* South Milton - Standard bunk with sea view. Sleeps 2.
* Bantham - Standard bunk & single with sea view. Sleeps 3.
* Bigbury - Double & tight bunk with sea view. Sleeps 4.

Second floor
There are two bedrooms on the second floor which can sleep up to 8 guests and each room has an en-suite with shower.
* Inner Hope - Double & 2 singles with sea view. Sleeps 4.
* Outer Hope - Double & 2 singles with sea view. Sleeps 4.

Lower Ground Floor
There will be a lounge which leads into a double bedroom with en-suite with shower.
* Smalls - Two x 3 sleep Bunks with a sea view. Sleeps 6.

Facilities
* Superb sun terrace with loungers, hot tub and gas barbecue and alfresco dining.
* Games Lounge with pool table, darts board, and table football.
* Rear facing alfresco games terrace with sun awning over and with pool table, table tennis and darts board.

Hope Cove is a beautiful coastal sanctuary, a place to relax and unwind. What was once a favourite haunt for smugglers, has now become a charming holiday destination. The picturesque fishing village of Hope Cove is two villages in one - Outer and Inner Hope. Inner Hope has the most delightful collection of quaint cob and stone cottages with thatch roofs galore around a tiny square. There is lovely secluded beach which is larger than the one at Outer Hope, where you will find more going on, there is the very popular Hope & Anchor Pub, two restaurants, an art gallery and a village shop.

Hope Cove nestles in the shelter of Bolt Tail in the curve of Bigbury Bay, clean sandy beaches, and peaceful, relaxed atmosphere, offering the ideal holiday retreat. There are miles of delightful and varied scenery along this rugged Heritage Coastline, a walkers’ paradise.

There are so many things and activities to enjoy in this beautiful area of South Devon, some of which are in and around The Cove and others in the general area.
