The barn is set within the domain of a historic manor, beside the remains of the moat. This large barn has been converted retaining as much of the original fabric as possible with exposed beams and inglenook fireplace.
There is a spectacular dual aspect, two storey glazed dining room with a table to seat 16 perfect for celebrations. There are 6 large bedrooms, one with a four-poster bed, the others all have twin/double zip n link beds. Three of them also have a seating area with a luxury double sofabed too.
Outside you will find the new 8 seater hot tub to relax at the end of the day, and admire the stars.
Inside there are 6 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a wet room, galleried entrance hall, very large dining room, living room with inglenook fireplace and log burner.
The very large family suite is one of three of a similar size and specification at Muddy Manor Barn. All have large double zip n link beds which can be used as a double or two twin beds, plus each room has a double sofabed. There is plenty of space for a put-up bed or similar.
There is a rock 'n' roll tv room, farmhouse kitchen with range cooker and a games room with a pool and air hockey table.
Outside there is a small enclosed childrens play area, stables and a private meadow where one can picnic or play outdoor games. They have had "its a knock-out" and School sports day themed parties. The generous family farmhouse kitchen is well equipped for cooking and craft activities and the adjacent games room has a pool and ice hockey table.

The market town of Yeovil is nearby with all the usual "big town' facilities and the exquisite ham stone Abbey town of Sherborne is 10 minutes drive away with its fantastic selection of independent shops and restaurants and its two castles.
The area is known for its quality gastro pubs plus the International Haynes motor museum, Fleet Air Arm museum, Montacute house, Vale of Camelot where King Arthur's legendary castle at Cadbury Castle is reputedly situated.
