You can now hire out the entire refurbished, 18th century built pub including the bar, restaurant and the upstairs accommodation for private use.
This beautifully restored 18th century pub is the perfect place for your next corporate get away, group trip or team building function. We will provide the staff, food and drink for you and your guests, so you can relax and unwind in the privacy of your own pub for a while.
The Globe is an old village pub with lots of character. It overlooks a quaint cobbled church square where you can sit and enjoy the tranquility of the area. The pub boasts roaring log fires, a cosy bar, wood panelled restaurant, an afternoon tea lounge and serves a variety of West Country Ales and fine wines.
There are 5 double/twin bedrooms available:
- Bedroom 1: Luxury 4 Poster Double Room.
- Bedroom 2: Superior King 4 Poster Room (can fit an extra single bed).
- Bedroom 3: King Sized Double Room.
- Bedroom 4: Luxury Double Room.
- Bedroom 5: Luxury Twin Room.
The Additional 5 Rooms are located at the 'Sister Pub' (just a few doors down the road):
- Bedroom 1: Luxury 4 Poster Bedroom.

- Bedroom 3: Large Double or Twin Room.

- All bedrooms come with their own private en-suite.
- The Globe Pub has a fully equipped and staffed Kitchen that can provide 3 meals a day for our guests if required.
- The beautifully redecorated restaurant can set up to 50 people.
- The fully stocked bar boasts fine wines from around the globe, local ales and ciders, lagers and an extensive range of ports and spirits.
- The open fires and friendly experienced staff make this the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Chulmleigh is a remote, Saxon hilltop town located in North Devon in the heart of the English county of Devon. It is located 20 miles (32 km) north west of Exeter, just north of the Mid Devon boundary, linked by the A377 and B3096 roads. It's beautiful farmland surrounds the small town and creates scenic walks and hikes through the hills and alongside the river.
There is plenty to do in town with restaurants and shops close by. There is a "Pitch and Putt" golf course for your entertainment as well as local fishing and shooting excursions which can be arranged through the pub.
The Pub has a fully equipped and fully staffed kitchen, restaurant and bar available for your private use. Menus, requirements and budgets can be catered to your individual needs.
A maid service is involved in the package as well as a waitress and bar staff.
Other services such as baby sitting and house beauty treatments can also be provided.
- Security deposit: £1,000 which is paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay cleaning: Included. Please leave the property in the state that you found it.
- Arrival time: 2pm onwards.
