Highton Manor offers luxurious, en-suite accommodation for up to 22 people in 6 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms. There is accommodation for an additional 8 guests on futon sofa beds. While staying at Highton Manor guests will also have unrestricted use of a beautiful indoor pool and spa.

Conveniently located for M1, M42, M6 and both East Midlands and Birmingham airports, yet set in 10 acres in stunning Leicestershire countryside.

Only 23 years old, but designed in traditional Queen Anne style, the property has been entirely refurbished in the last 3 years, with new en-suites, pool, cottage and most recently, stunning Miele kitchen.

Please note that VAT on the total booking price is payable directly to the owner.

There are six bedrooms which are made up of the following:
- Master bedroom with  four-poster bed and 2 x twin beds with en-suite bathroom with slipper bath and over the bath shower head. (4 )
- 2 double en-suite with under window slipper baths (4)
- 1 twin with additional double futon, free standing Bang and Olufson D.V.D/Video and en-suite with massage shower. (2)
- 1 bedroom with 2 x double beds with en-suite with shower (4 )
- 1 small bunk bed room (2)

Two ground floor double bedrooms
- One with 2 x double beds and a double futon
- the other with 1 x double bed and futon, with shared shower, toilet and washbasin. ( 6)

- Three reception rooms, one with double futon.

- Nursery furniture
- Mattresses to be sited where guests choose.

Enjoy the stunning indoor pool and spa, kept beautifully warm with a state of the art heating/dehumidifying system, is available to guests at all times, together with the adjoining garden room, which looks out over beautiful Charnwood Forest countryside.

The games room, bar and yoga studio, which is the converted former garage. This is available to all guests, whether they book the Manor alone or the Manor and Annexe.

Meals can be taken in the dining room, with seating for 18 people, or in the stunning kitchen with huge pink island. Breakfast, evening meals and picnic lunches are available on request, as are a host of other extras – just ask and we will sort it!

Outside the property offers large gardens, which guests are free to roam. An extensive network of public footpaths is accessible from the rear of the property, which lead across beautiful countryside. An equestrian facility at the rear, with all weathers manage and 9 stables, makes this the perfect retreat for horse lovers, who, by separate arrangement, are welcome to bring their horses with them.

Ease of access from around the country as well as internationally is a key benefit of the property. M1 3 miles, M42 4 miles, A50 (towards M6) 5 miles, East Midlands Airport 4 miles and Birmingham Airport 36 miles.

As well as the beautiful Leicestershire countryside and traditional pubs, guests can enjoy the Peak District (50 minutes), Nottingham, Derby and Leicester shopping and theatre (each 16 miles), Alton Towers (45 minutes), Stratford (60 minutes) and even easy train access to London, St Pancras (80 minutes) from Loughborough. 

The property is also convenient for Donington Park, with its variety of festivals and motoring events. But why go anywhere when you can enjoy this stunning property?

Imagine hosting your own country house dinner party, without lifting a finger – except to summon the butler! For the ultimate luxury, a dedicated chef and butler can provide a bespoke dinner menu and service, whether for business or pleasure, or both. A traditional cooked breakfast/ buffet or picnic lunch are also available throughout your stay with  maid service, concierge and chauffeur, as required.

A yoga/pilates instructor and personal trainer, should you wish to take advantage of the adjoining studio, can be engaged to ensure that you return home refreshed and rejuvenated in body and mind during your stay. Indulge body and soul in The Spa, where a range of treatments and therapies perfectly compliment the pool, whirlpool and steam/sauna experience.

Babysitting (£6/hr), cleaning (£8/hr) and catering (variable cost) available on request.

- The Manor can comfortably accommodate 22 people in beds and 8 in double futons.
- Security deposit: Please advise prior to booking. This is paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- VAT: Please note that VAT on the total booking price is payable directly to the owner.
- Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay cleaning: Reasonable cleaning provided, but excessive requirement will be charged to deposit.
- Arrival time: 5pm onwards.
- Departure time: 11am. Option to extend to 5pm for a supplement of £30 per person.
- Additional charge per night of £100 per double sofa bed
- 15% price increase on the website price for bank holiday weekends.
- Pets: Please enquire. Well behaved dogs are welcome to enjoy the grounds but not the house.
- The swimming pool is closed from 10 p.m
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
