The light and airy lounge has a vaulted ceiling and gallery landing which offers stunning views from a dormer window. Complimentary warm coloured furnishings help create a calming and serene lounge.

The semi open plan contemporary kitchen is located at the front of the house with a door that leads onto the platform and the private dining space.
The double bedroom has period French furnishings such as an armoire and Louis XVI bed, creating stylish splendour. An en-suite bathroom features a slipper bath and low level lighting. A spacious landing and seating area provides an additional space in which to read or just admire the Station’s grounds. The landing leads onto another two French themed double bedrooms and a white contemporary main bathroom, designed to be pampered in.

The lounge retains the original close boarded vaulted ceiling, a sky light streams sunlight into the room and additional lighting is provided by a chandelier. The original Victorian cast iron fireplace and over mantel takes pride of place. Leather sofas and Victorian furniture help recreate a Victorian feel, reminiscent of the Station’s past. We have had a really relaxing & enjoyable stay. It has everything we could need and more. We had a very warm welcome and the children have really enjoyed their time here which has been great as teenagers can be hard to accommodate. We would definitely come back and love all the history and charm Tavistock has to offer. Thank you kindly for the experience!! What an absolute joy it has been.
